kristyn21 Go into your purchases, hit problems/order inquiry then hit contact poshMark go to the pull down tab and hit return and in the box where you type in put received wrong item or seller accidentally sent a different package. And they may give you a label to send that package back to me and yes you can get your money back I believe. I’ve never had this happen before I apologize for the inconvenience I have never messed up and accidentally sent packages to different people.
