style_4_less_ @polishedpretty4 i give my sincere apologise that you was not notified first. I never saw the bag as it was not mine. I ordered this for my coworker per her request and had it shipped to my house only because she lived in an apt. I have nothing but great things to say about my multiple posh purchases and I assure you that if this tissue was actually mine rest assured that I would have worked it out with you. I will never let someone use my account ever again or my address. Lesson learn.

style_4_less_ @oohlala123 on both heels the black covering was peeled up and scuffed up. I had to put super glue on the black tape covering to secure it in place and prevent it from coming off more. Packing was superb but wish you would have mentioned the heel damage.
