itslaurr10 @viktorialeks right right ok, i’m so sorry this is happening! i’ve never experienced this before so i appreciate you being so nice! since you already called there’s not much i can do on my end besides wait to see what they tell you🥺 i’ll call my USPS too & see what the options are or if they can give me info you haven’t received yet! regardless it’ll work out! i just hope you get the shoes & that they’re not lost they were so cool😔

itslaurr10 @viktorialeks ok so they told me that i can’t do anything from my end. you have to go to your usps and ask them about it because i was just told they have a picture of the exact place they put it so they can look it up and it could’ve, like you said, been miss delivered! so your best bet is to physically go in to get the fastest solution!

viktorialeks @itslaurr10 oh ok. Yes, I’ve contacted main USPS customer service center and submitted an inquiry. My complex management is supposed to contact the mailman that services our area to see if he can recall where he put that package. Hoping it’ll get resolved. Thanks again!

viktorialeks @itslaurr10 great news! Mailman found it!! I think he forgot to actually put it in the mail box. I think it was still in his possession. Important thing is I have them now :). They fit me perfectly and I can’t wait to wear them. Again, thank you for everything !!:)
