Hi there- I just received the feedback from the Lilly Pulitzer dress and noticed that you gave it a rating of 1, stating that I could’ve improved the item description. Just for future sales, I’m curious as the what on the item description could’ve been improved or added, especially with so many pictures.

A rating of 1 seems as if the description was completely wrong or there was only one picture with no details given.

Hi again- just wondering if you could give me the feedback as to the reason for the rating of 1 for the Lilly Pulitzer dress. I truly don’t understand and am concerned since this has brought my overall rating down- I had mostly 5s and a couple of 4s, but I worry that this will effect my future sales. If you could again lmk what I could’ve added or improved that’d be helpful. Thank you
