travelguy365 @ladyevfashion Hello. They are not new with tags, but probably only worn once. The paper is the original wrapping on the buckle. I purchased them from the Discovery Store (American Cancer Society) so don’t quite know the entire background. Happy to sell them. Do you want to make an offer?
