I am so very sorry VM, I had to cancel the order you placed with me for the tank and the sweater. I was packing the sweater and it caught on my wedding band and snagged 😔 I can't in good conscience send it to you like that. Hello, I am so sorry there was a problem with item, upon last inspection, it appeared to be in perfect condition! I did not say it was brand new, I made it clear that it was previously owned, though not very used. I sold the purse for $12 when most of this style goes for $28 used, which was more than fair. You did NOT have to accept it! You could have returned it for a full refund! If it's in such horrible condition, why did you not return for a refund?

Others should be made aware that your items may not be as you say they are. I'm pretty sure you altered the photos to make the colors more saturated in your listing as well. You don't have to worry about interacting with me anymore as I will not be visiting your closet in the future. Too bad ... I have lots of money to spend.
