samaiya717 @vmiles16 im sorry about the packaging I had the uggs box placed into a larger box it was too big so I had to paper wrap the box. Also, with the holidays and such I’m sorry for the shipping delay. I was hoping you’d kindly reconsider the 4-star rating it really hurts my account 🙁🙁🙁
