virgiep @positivenicki Hi. Yes, when I initially received the dress, I gave it a once over and everything looked fine. But then when I tried it on, I noticed the hook & eye closure was ripped out and there are just some threads hanging there. That wasn't mentioned in the listing. All it said was NWT. I'm disappointed because I won't wear it like that.

shalisenicole @virgiep I am so sorry Virginia. I honestly, did not notice that. I definitely would have disclosed that information in the description, just as I have with the Sam Edelman flats. :-( The dress had been in my closet for over a year. Regardless, I apologize for that inconvenience as I know that has to be frustrating! Moving forward, I will continue to be very thorough when looking over my items. I am so sad that was the issue, I am sure you look stunning in it!

nataliian Hi! I'm very sorry for delay of your item. I had the package ready for yesterday but VA got hit with a snowstorm which resulted in power outage for over 250 000 homes and major road closures. USPS truck never picked up my packages. It should get better tomorrow or the day after. I will sit it outside and see what happens. sorry for delay, VA isn't used to 15in of snow:)
