I hope you’ll reconsider the rating you gave. If you feel they weren’t described appropriately & that you didn’t get your money worth that you’d ask PM for a refund & send the shoes back. I strive for maintaining a 5star rating & it affects my reputation if someone is unhappy. I hope you can understand. Thanks Jan

It looks like you have shoes listed for $38 but they aren’t new or in my opinion are priced quite high. How would you feel if someone bought them & didn’t give u 5 stars? Just saying.

@janus660 there’s a pen mark or some sort of smudge on the top of them and the leather inside the strap is wearing off and a little sticky so I rated them a little less than perfect since you hadn’t mentioned those flaws. I am fairly new to Poshmark and didn’t know people freak out if they don’t get 5 stars so sorry.
