Hi, I just received your rating on the pandora charm, and I just don’t understand at all. These charms are my mothers and she has several bracelets and charms purchased directly from the store. I have her pamphlets and everything is stamped. Please, either verify why you think it’s not authentic or consider changing your rating. Hurtful ratings like this heavily effect my integrity as a seller and Poshmark is how I provide for my family.

@annawynne I'll change my rating because I don't think you knew. It doesn't have a pandora stamp and I actually consider it my fault for not doing my research. I bought it on a whim because the picture was cute. In person not so much. Store said it not theirs.

@vdj6 I really appreciate you doing that. Honestly, I would never sell something inauthentic because it could jeopardize my account and my only source of income. I did a little research and not all charms have pandora on them - they just need to have the 925 ale stamp (which that one does) Did you actually take it to the store and they said it was not real?

@vdj6 I’m still just completely baffled by it. My mom gave it to me to sell because it was a gift she never wore. She gave me the bracelet in a pandora pouch with a few beads on it and even a pandora booklet that came with it with the price of each bead - that’s how I was able to price them for Poshmark. I talked to her and she said she knows they are real because she was there to pick them out 🤔

RN charms if new.. collected BROKE now..lmk and all other things I have tons of nwt New clothes.
