gabig Can you tell me why you opened a case against me?? I am really shocked and sent exactly what I had listed. Normally if there is a question or concern the buyer would reach out to the seller prior to opening a case. This really has me scratching me head.

vsvenc1 @gabig I'm actually very sorry about it. I'm new here and haven't figured out the etiquette. Because I have dealt only with other sites this seemed to be only way to return the item, but again I never tough of it as court case. And I didn't wanted to affect you in any way except just to rerun the skirt.

gabig @vsvenc1 I really don't know what you mean by the "strangeness of shape"?? I shipped exactly what was pictured. Obviously this will fit different on different body shapes but that is not anything I can predict or even have responsibility for. As with any online clothing purchases there is always the risk or potential for it not to fit. All sales are final on a Posh unless item was misrepresented which it was not.
