natbale Hi, the payment did not go through because you pushed the backpack payment through, it is being refunded but will take 7-10 days, I was going to say just process the balance but since its canceled I dont know what to do, I set a limit on my monthly purchases and cannot purchase the set until the backpack is refunded, unless you can cancel the cancellation and charge the balance..

natbale I talked to Capital One and they said my card keeps getting declinied because the initial declined purchase marked you as potentially fraudulent and put a block on my card, after about 2 hours on hold and calling back they said they cleared the block, they advised me to try again in a half hour, I did, still declined, then to contact you directly as they did all they could on their end, and have you input the info manually...
