sooprv Hi @11thstreet! I need some PM mentoring regarding buyer scams. I saw that you've had an account for a long time and have sold to many people - have you experienced this? There's a group of at least 6 of us who recently had the same issues with one buyer. Is there anything we can do to prevent this buyer from continuing to scam others?? Any advice would help...thanks!

sooprv @11thstreet she bought a dress from each of us and claimed that there were issues with all. I inspected the dress thoroughly before I packaged and shipped it, so I was surprised when the claim came through. She noted that the zipper head was broken and that the dress didn't include the eye part of the hook. She sent pics in to prove so has won the case. I know for a fact that all these pieces were attached and working on the dress.

11thstreet Ugh sadly there are some people who lie and lie (can't even imagine how bad they are in real life) to get things for free. It's a character trait - I'm not surprised in the least bit she's doing this to multiple sellers. While the case is being reviewed my advice would be to write to Poshmark and say the item was carefully inspected and not sent damaged - and that you need seller protection. I'm sorry you were unlucky with this one 😕

sooprv Thanks @11thstreet...I know there was always the possibility that something like this would happen. I'm glad to know that it's only a 1% probability. I didn't know PM has sellers protection...what do they offer? And is there a way to report this said buyer? Thanks again!
