applesas0223 Hi Vivian, it’s Alyssa. You purchased the Betsey Johnson Rose earrings from me. I sent them out but there was an error I wanted to make you aware of. I found out today that I must’ve mixed up labels for the first time after over 400 orders🤦🏻‍♀️ someone else received your earrings and I imagine you’ll receive their face cream 😬.. I am SO sorry about this mix up

applesas0223 I had an accident and totaled my car last Wednesday. I am still concussed so I think that DEFINITELY had something to do w it. I actually had. A friend help me w orders cause I was pretty out of it-don’t remember anything from last week.i feel like such a jerk that this happened and I hope you can understand a little. applesas0223 I received wrong item once and posh sent me the right label to fwd to the right person and did the same thing to the other person and we essentially sent each other the right items. Unfortunately it will be a little while longer til you receive your earrings. Once you receive the cream, do not ‘accept’ do you know how to start a case?

applesas0223 @curlyviv As far as I am aware no labels have been sent out by Poshmark support yet. I think they need to confirm that you have the cream just like I asked. Like I said I had several orders go out that day and it is possible I could’ve mixed up three or even four labels gulp I pray to God that didn’t happen I’m just letting you know what is possible and of course they need to make sure everything gets to the right place and see who has white🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

curlyviv @applesas0223 Hi just wanted to update yall that I still have not received the 1st package. I checked the original tracking number today and it says "In Transit, Arriving Late. Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." The last time it was checked into a facility was on Nov 17th @ Colebrook, CT. I'll keep checking.

applesas0223 @curlyviv hey Vivian. I just was able to track the package from my end. It says it was delivered on the 19th. Is your address correct on your Acct? I’m sure it is but I’m just checking You’ll need to contact support. I am so sorry. I need to contact support actually because it’s not your package. I will try to take care of this don’t worry about it. It’s not your problem LOL

applesas0223 @curlyviv if you checked the earrings then the info is right as it was reshipped. It has the old tracking number underneath. The system knows yours is arriving late due to mixup and that’s why it says that. Look beneath for old number. I was wrong about it being delivered sorry that was the pkg going to MD that got mixed up. 😜

curlyviv @applesas0223 I did check the older tracking number (which I assume it was the original tracking to the "wrong" package sent to me). The newer tracking says the earrings will be delivered on Nov 27th. I am just trying to find out when the cream was going to be delivered so I can reship it.
