kariewilson @vivipg1 I received my bag today but I am questioning if it is new. There is in on the bottom and the liner has stuff on the bottom like it is used. Was this a used bag?

vivipg1 @kariewilson Hi, the bag is new, never been used. I bought it and stored it in a box with the brown paper stuffing it comes with but removed some of it before mailing it because it was way too much - maybe the bits and pieces of stuffing is what you see inside. There is a tag attached to the handle and the strap inside was still covered with tissue paper. I'm not sure what you meant about the bottom - the text wasnt clear to me, but I assure you the bag is new and never been used. Vivian

kariewilson @vivipg1 I’m sorry for my doubt. I just wasn’t expecting the stuff in the bottom and the little ink marks on the outside. If you like I would send you a picture. I am definitely keeping the bag regardless. I love it.

vivipg1 @kariewilson I understand, but I wouldn't have listed it as new if it weren't. I honestly didn't inspect it meticulously before mailing, knowing it was new, for that I apologize. Wasn't expecting it to have any flaws since it had been stored in a box. I have noticed sometimes purses may have itsy bitsy specs of a gluey substance that come off by rubbing them, don't know if this is the case of the marking you see. I still hope you enjoy it.
