grlygirl1970 I apologize for just getting back to you; I accidentally thought the woman who asked me the question about the boots was the one who purchased them. She asked if they were real suede-& @ the time I said yes. But as I was packing them & wiping them down, I can not say for 💯 if they're real suede or not. I then sent HER the message intended for you (everything I just listed), stating I will absolutely refund the sale.

grlygirl1970 As I waited to hear back regarding what to do, I JUST saw a post from the woman I accidentally sent the message to lol. So, in a nutshell, that's why I sending you long and thorough message I pray it's clear & you understand what i'm trying to say. I messed up-2x; once regarding the material of the boots (total accident i swear!) and again sending message to wrong person instead of you. I am SO very sorry for all this. I'm a new seller on PM and learning as I go.

grlygirl1970 So, what I'm trying to say is I will gladly refund you if you choose;it's totally up to you. I understand if you change your mind because I can/can't swear if they're real suede or not. I feel terrible and will try to right this any way possible. Please see the messages below pics of the boots PLEASE LMK ASAP! So I can resolve this for you-& attempt to save my first sale as a bad rating if possible. Tysm for allowing me to explain myself. I look forward to correcting my error.

jeff__t_nguyen Hi Viviana, I wasn't sure how else to message you but thank you again for your interest in the Mia Wedge Heels. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of how they look now. There was some slight wear during storage, so one of the heels has a small spot where it's peeled a little. See the updated cover photo.
