@jtavres Thank you. I think the cardboard that was supposed to be in the gloves to keep the shape was mistakenly sewn into the lining. I am going to take them to the dry cleaners to see if they can open them, take the cardboard out and then stitch them closed. I will let you know the cost.

@jtavres Well, there is no cardboard. Because the leather is tooled it is stiff and will loosen with use. So I will keep them and work them in! Becayse they are beautiful.
Thank you for your offer of a partial refund, it was very kind of you; however it isn't necessary. I wish other sellers were as nice as you. I have received my fair share of poor quality items where people were very happy to keep my money.

Hi Vivienne! I'm so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order of the red cashmere sweater. You noted that I could improve upon the item description and cleanliness; may I ask what issues exactly you were experiencing? I made sure to clean everything before shipping and even depiled the sweater twice, and I try my best to include as much information in my descriptions as possible too so I would really like to know what the issues were and how I can improve and make things right!

@myszab There were deodorant marks on the armpits inside the sweater. Also, it is has been washed and the hem is quite misshapen.

@myszab No really. I realize this was a very expensive sweater when it was new, so the price was great. I have washed it in special cashmere soap and reblocked/shaped it: So it will be a lovely sweater once again. I recommend, going forward, you take close up pictures of armpits etc., so buyers get a better idea of what they are getting.
