Hi it looks like Posh accidently approved the return case. I dont think they read our entire conversation about the discount resolution. If you email them with your order #, let them know we agreed to give you the discount. They have the messages in their records so they can refer there. They should get back to you within 24hours. I will do the same so you don't have to mail it back.
