genevieve_2648 Hi, I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience. My husband is going to t mobile to sort this out as there is obviously a mistake with our account. I sold two of these previously and never encountered this problem. I myself have the same tablet and it works perfectly fine. I promise the tablet is brand new and was obtained directly through a promotion. I was given 5 and was told I could either sell them or give them to friends as gifts, without any problems. I will update you once this is sorted.
