Poshmark and just got a response that the buyer has to send a message to them. I want to clear this up and make sure you do not have to cover the addition cost but so far not getting much help. joannie09911 @vondamackenzie . We do live and learn don't we.....It is most certainly my fault you were charged the extra fee. The strange part is that I have sent several fragile packages with the stickers and have never had a problem. No clue why this hasn't happened before.....good news....now I know and will not used them again. I have ask Poshmark if it is possible to transfer the amount you paid from my account to yours. If not I will find another way but I will certainly take care of this matter.
