vonnamonai @dillynarmani thats a new watch . it was ticking before i sent it or I wouldn't have sent it out . did you pull the mechanism out to set the time and forget to push it back in ?

dillynarmani @vonnamonai yes everything was in the box. Thank u for the gifts. They're really cute. Yes, I set it and I def pushed in back in. I even just tried again, and nothing. Even if I'm setting the time w/the side knob out, the second hand should still tick. Idk y it's not ticking.
