Hi again Vu! Ok, total weight is 22 lbs. That means 3-4 boxes to ship, $6.49 each box.
I can get Poshmark to increase weight limit to 10#, but they also increase shipping fee to do this.
I can work with you on these fees, but my counter-offer has to consider my costs on these items, Poshmark's 20% selling fees, and partial help on shipping fees.

Hello @vxl1974 I received an email from Poshmark telling me you did not receive the bundle you bought from me complete... this is impossible since I myself packed the bundle with all the items together so unless the box was violated or other unknown reasons, there is no way the bundle arrived incomplete. I appreciate your response since this is very odd, I have sold I've 1000+ items and never had this issue with a bundle. Thank you

Hi, I did verify again today with the supervisor from the Postal Service in your area that the carrier did deliver the package to you on June 4th. Can you please let Poshmark know that you did receive the items and accept them. It is now June 8th that's 4 days past the date and I've heard nothing from you. Unfortunately the label USPS agent from my facility put over the Poshmark label makes it difficult for Poshmark to know you received the items. Thank you for your assistance in this matter

Ms Vu I hope you were able to contact customer service and your complaint that I sold you an item that was not authentic. You bundled two items for $35. That I gave you for $23. You are saying that the Kate Spade wallet is not authentic, which is not true. I have over $40k. Listed on my site for sale and would not risk selling something less than $20.

@sophoo @sophoo there are plenty of New With Tags items, along with used. My issue is it was not accurately described and shipped inappropriately where further damage may have been caused. A Manila envelope? If you expect the buyer to clean the item and go to Sunglass Hut for an adjustment maybe you should have included that in your listing. How did the ear stems get damaged in such short of time? Abuse.

The postal inspection service has a toll free number online and also local offices. The postal service is an arm of the governments law enforcement agency and will do a thorough investigation.

@sophoo. You need to file the offense in Carlsbad California, which is what I and the other seller will do. We have printed all of these comments for their investigation. You must do the same with all the photos of the box and stamps and any other correspondence.

@slddesigner Hmm. I’m not sure why there should be a credit for the heels when I actually already paid for them in the last order. At that point the entire order could have been cancelled. Because we went back and forth I let it go. But now that you found the heels and graciously let me know, how would they not be a part of what I already paid for? I also said I’d be happy to pay for shipping which would not have been the case if they were shipped the first time.

Hi, i have horrible news..so ive spent 2 days going through all of my things trying to gather your bundle. Unfortunately i cant find a few of them..i know what happened..in November before Christmas i donated a bunch of things to the shelter, alot of things that i had in my closet for a while, and i believe i forgot to erase it.
