@wdcsap51, @angelnurse23234 Hi W, I found some information in the frequently asked questions about area. If a item is cancelled by accident or doesn't go thru your card is supposed to be reimbursed. Money is never released to a seller to you received a package, answer Poshmark as to if you accept the item, rate the item, (and leave a comment/love note this part is optional). Only then are funds directly to the seller.
I would contact poshmark and let them know.

I didn't get an email that you had purchased an item. Thank usually happens the moment you hit the buy button. I hope this helps getting you started on getting this fixed.
