swissmom Hi, I’ve been watching the tracking on your bundle of pants I shipped out to you. For some reason USPS is having a lot of delays in getting packages delivered in a timely fashion. swissmom @wadetodd38 I understand your frustration with USPS. Your package is still tracking and says it is on its way. Why it is at your Local post office just sitting for a week is beyond me. Call or go in to your USPS there with the tracking number to see what’s going. Wait just a bit longer. It is still tracking so that’s good. I’ll be watching and checking what to do if you don’t get it for some reason. I’m not happy about this as well.

swissmom @wadetodd38 I understand. Not sure what to do on my end. As I suggested earlier, we’re you able to call or go into your local PO and give them your tracking #. Also, You can go to USPS.com I think and file an undelivered package.

swissmom It is now the weekend tomorrow. So you may have to wait til Monday. If u opt to go online and file a grievance, you’ll have to have your tracking number and other information. Write the number down. If it turns out it’s lost, Poshmark will, I think, get you a refund. Never had to do that and hope we don’t have to, and you get the items real soon. You should not have had to wait this long if the pkg is at the USPS in your town. Errrrr.

swissmom Here is the tracking # 9405511202061436023576 Tracking Notification from USPS says on the 26th which is today, it is in transit and ready to be delivered but will be late.

wadetodd38 @swissmom its not here at my post office either but it should have been here by now and I know it ain't ur fault it just pisses me off cause all they are doing is changing the date on it being in transit. If it was in transit it would give me a location and it hasn't givin me a location since it was in LA

swissmom @wadetodd38 @wadetodd38 I spoke with Poshmark and they have actually advised that you contact them. If the package ends up undeliverable Poshmark will reimburse you rather than going through USPS. I hope that it will arrive, unfortunately USPS is experiencing extreme delays, but a Poshmark support is the one that will actually handle any reimbursements.
