nyc786 @mikeiavelli hi ...sorry for late reply ...just make sure knob is working or not and if it’s not working u can return it back to me and u can get ur full refund when I receive it back and then u can purchase another one but did u Fully pull out knob ????first pull out the knob Fully and then move it it’s working and still if it’s not working u can return it back to me
