When I submitted the issue, I had an automated pop up saying that they “have a system in place and have contacted the buyer”, but now I’m wondering if they don’t actually do anything until it’s been delivered. Hi, just want to let you know I just received the return. There is no way for me to mark it as delivered in the app since the tracking number is different, so I contacted Posh to tell them everything is all good and to refund you.
