When I submitted the issue, I had an automated pop up saying that they “have a system in place and have contacted the buyer”, but now I’m wondering if they don’t actually do anything until it’s been delivered. There is no way for me to mark it as delivered in the app since the tracking number is different, so I contacted Posh to tell them everything is all good and to refund you. Thanks again for working with me through this! I will get the original sweater re-listed and we can figure it out from there. :)
