@zuriwhite As you may know I just started a few days ago with this site, I am a fulltime employee and I get home after 6:30 pm, when I tried to send an email stating that this item was not received it was asking for a picture and I dont have a picture of that wrong item, at this point once I receive label I wil send it back right away and once you receive it please process a refund, I just dont want to deal with this.
