cutepetitme Hi Wanda! I am so sorry about the wallet’s zipper! I should have checked before sending it. It’s just I don’t think I ever used this wallet, so I didn’t remember any problems with it. I will be glad to refund you for it, no need to return it back to me. I contacted support to ask them how to do it. Again, very sorry! You may have to do some sort of return button pushing, so I could refund it, but don’t send it back. I’ll see what tech support says. I feel very bad about it :(!

cutepetitme @wanda_hitt oh so very sorry! I only had one :(. I have not heard from Poshmark on how to initiate or process the refund. Do you mind going to your order to see if there is an option to return? I don’t see anything from my end to allow me to do that.

cutepetitme @wanda_hitt Wanda, please go to your order and press Order Problem and select “item is not as described” that will start a case. That’s, I think, the only way to initiate a refund.

wanda_hitt @ninknee Hi sweetie! I don't see it either. And I was hacked recently. Don't know if that has anything to do with it but I don't see where it shows that you have been paid!!! I'm checking with my bank now. Hopefully it went through.
