mishka83@wandawilliams06 You should have asked to see the other shoe before you purchased them. I see you also bought another pair of Louboutins. That seller didn't show each shoe either. And as you already know from your other seller that the shoes are being authenticated.

Still waiting on you to either accept and sign so I can receive my funds or just please tell the post office to return to sender. Why buy a $630 pair of shoes that you have no intention to pick up? DO THE RIGHT THING, Wanda! Please! I sold these to pay for vet bills and now I have no vet funds AND no shoes. If you have a conscience, do the right thing. Same goes with the other ladies in the same situation. Thank you.

I travel for work. I missed the ups delivery. What IS unacceptable, is your passing judgement. You need to assess the issue, first. Now that I know who you are, I won't purchase from you again. Hi. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm new to Postmark. I'm learning about how this app works. I'm not on here often and I travel ALOT for work, but I love to shop. I do want your item. @wandawilliams06 yes, you are right! My shoes are brand new. And , if you are not able to accept delivery you can easily let the seller know. So, you can delay delivery. When you did not communicate with any of us, it looked like something was up. I was contacted by your other seller and things continued to escalate.

Still...there is still a better way. We are all adults here. Again, I will not allow my character to be defamed. I have apologized and I have explained my part in this matter.I will do better now that I know how this works as it pertain to the sellers getting their money. @wandawilliams06 I wish you could’ve told me that. Since it’s a high dollar item, they do require signature confirmation and the post office will only hold them for so long. I apologize for being aggressive, that wasn’t professional...but it seemed fishy is all. Just try to put yourself in my shoes (no pun intended lol!) and selling a $630 item to a brand new buyer who didn’t pick up the item but I needed the funds. I accept your apology and hope your work trip goes well.

I needed the funds released to pay for vet bills as well so that didn’t help my situation. I would’ve kept it between us but I wasn’t getting responses not knowing you were on a business trip. I’ve been burned on this app before and did not want it to happen again. I am sorry and hope you understand.

@katesaintclaire I do understand your frustration. I'm sorry for causing that. It was not intentional. I'm sending my boyfriend to the post office, with an emailed letter from me, asking them to allow him to sign for the package because, I WANT THEM SHOES 😁! They will return them soon if I don't pick them up 😣! I will keep you posted. If your other items are as nice as the shoes in your picture, you may have a customer for life 😁! Thanks!

I would never intentionally harm anyone. I will plan my purchases better in the future. Especially, now that I know that the sellers don't get the money until the customer picks up the item.

HI. I owe you a HUGE apology!!!! Im SO sorry about the comments made about your shoes. I did order and pay for a horrible pair of shoes ( my very first purchase here), BUT I purchases them from another seller. I thought that you were that seller. I'm so sorry.
