karendsa I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. I urge you to contact customer service if you somehow thing your item got crossed with another. The material of the boots was clearly stated in the desc. also the condition which was absolutely not as you stated. I included close up photos & my item could almost have passed as new. Your desc what you claim your recv'd is clearly not what you recvd - which btw shipped same a ordered. I hope you are able to resolve whatever issue you had.

wandaregan @karendsa im sry but its the same boots..I only worn them not really even 30 minutes and they were galling apart..I have close up on them too.u can clearly see they r ur boots.
