Hi Warunee! Thank you for your offer on the pretty pansy dress. After I countered, I pulled it to check it’s condition. I learned the elastic in the puff sleeves needs to be replaced. Pretty sure I can do it once I find elastic. I will let you know when it’s been repaired and would happily accept your $19 offer due to the wait. We could make deal on Closet Clearout day, and save you $2 on shipping too! 🤗 Kathy
