waykayshop @djchess11050 Sorry you feel this way. I usually pack jackets into compact boxes so they have no room to move. Also to make sure there is no space for the box to be crushed while being shipped. To get the wrinkles out I would suggest a quick wash on cold and let it air dry. Even in a larger box the jacket would wrinkle in shipment.
