horsewhisperers @blueburger79 nice, that sounds like a wonderful adventure. Ditto on the truth. I actually have a 3 Layer mountain hardwear with a lil due on the back area. I forgot about that. I’ve been using the north face future light bomber jacket. I think it takes Time to get used to. My fav hard shell is a Patagonia one and it’s a few years old. I used an arcteryx on my trek to Everest basecamp Last year.

horsewhisperers @blueburger79 have you been up mount Washington ? My training ground and the most bad ass mountain. A winter accent of Washington is a must. I did the prez traverse in the dead of winter and finished on the morning of the 3 day. 25 miles. Do that! Amazing adventure.
