wendeferrer1 Did you see the photos I posted. It was so far from even bad condition. It was trash. I apologize if that's offensive but the purse was torn to shreds quite literally.

debbystarr I noticed your comment about the phone case I've had that case for a year no stones were loose and it is plastic I never had any issues of it snagging on things!

wendeferrer1 No when I took the phone case out of the packaging it was perfect. I sit the phone down and when I picked it up it snagged the comforter. If I would have been more gentle instead of continuing to pull I doubt there would have been any trouble. I wasn't questioning the quality or placing the fault on it breaking on anyone other than myself.
