mshuf947 Wendee, I just shipped out the periwinkle cowl top to you this afternoon. While packaging it up I noticed a portion of the hem ( around the hips ) had unravelled. It was a shock to me since I literally have only worn this top 2 or 3X, at most. Anyway, I feel terrible about this. I have included a note of apology with a full refund in the package with the shirt. I'm so sorry I never intended to misrepresent the condition of the top. If you are handy with a needle and thread, it is a quick fix.
