jgreen0722 Hi Wendi, l wanted to come back to explain how Poshmark works. Click on your name,bottom r and it will take you to your private file listings. Check out each listing but l find “Most Asked Questions “ the best. Also if you want to mark a closet or item to go back to click on heart by “Liked” and it’s listed in your private file under”Likes”. I will like your closet so you can see what it looks like. You can also do this with a single item in a closet. I hope this helps you. 😀👋

hotseconds @jgreen0722 hi and thank you!! Question, why would I need/want to mark an item in my closet? I am brand new to Poshmark. Oh and people are hitting me up to email them and complete a sale privately. I told them no. They sound super sketchy.

jgreen0722 The “Likes” is to keep track of other closets or items you want to go back to. It puts them in your “Like” file if you want to visit the closet or item again. It also gives you time to think about purchasing an item or checking out a closet you liked for new items. You can see l “Liked” your closet so my Poshmark address is shown. As the comments rotate down l can go to my likes file to visit your closet again. I hope this helps. 😀👋

jgreen0722 I forgot to tell you it’s good you didn’t email the scammers back. They try to pay with fake money orders. I am hoping more people will text Poshmark and complain. Also to e-mail Poshmark that’s in your private file. Poshmark is so huge I believe they have a million or more closets. Also on weekends their can be millions of people shopping it’s grown so big this past year with everyone staying at home. I think Poshmark is struggling to keep up with all the growth.

hotseconds @jgreen0722 I ordered some jeans from erica1345 and received the confirmation 2 days ago but then nothing from the seller. No shipping info, no answer, no nothing. What am I supposed to do?

jgreen0722 Check your news page to see if package is tracking yet. Poshmark puts out a reminder to seller to send. I believe they have 5 to 7 days to send item. It’s usually the bad weather that keeps them from mailing. Also you can go back to seller to ask about mailing the item. I would recommend reading “Frequently Asked Questions” by clicking on your posh address at the bottom of your page. 👋

jgreen0722 Check on your news page,click on all listings at the top of the page. Also you can go back to sellers page at the top and click on About. It will tell you when Seller was last on their page.

jgreen0722 Don’t panic. If the item isn’t shipped you can go to My Purchases and cancel order in seven days and Poshmark will refund you the full amount. You will probably see a shipping reminder to the seller tomorrow on your News page Ether seller ships or you get a refund. Poshmark always protects buyers. I am hoping your purchase gets mailed soon. 👋

jgreen0722 I am hoping she’s working and will mail your purchase in the next days. I was in the hospital when people just bought my items. I had my husband explain and mail about five to six days after order. I am sorry this is your first experience. Most sellers on Poshmark are good at getting orders in the mail. This isn’t the norm. Also most sellers will tell you if they are running behind in mail. I am truly hoping your order gets mailed ! ☹️👋

jgreen0722 You can’t cancel just yet. When you do go to your purchases and click on problems with order. Then cancel. Don’t worry on Poshmark your protected and will get your money back. Because life can throw a lot at you posh gives sellers time to mail. Like when l was in the hospital or when we had a huge snow storm. I am still holding out hope that seller will mail item.👋

jgreen0722 I just want to say this is not the Poshmark way. Most orders are sent within three days and many poshers tell you when the package is mailed. Poshmark alerts you that it’s tracking in the mail. I am sorry this was your first experience on Poshmark. I know you next order will be a more positive experience. 👋
