wjones1969 @larubia26 Hi, So sorry I haven't responded sooner. Crazy few days: fires, earthquakes, pandemics. Sheesh! I received extensions & tried to install, but it was an exercise in futility. They are very difficult to snap closed, plus tool has one broken prong and won't hold extensions in place. I'm a total weakling, my hands aren't strong enough to force the snaps closed. I tried it with extensions alone, not on my hair, and had same problem. I gave up in frustration.

wjones1969 @larubia26 Thanks for getting back to me. I thought very seriously about sending these back, as I just went ahead with tape extensions - but didn't know if you could accept return of an open box? If you don't, I will go ahead and accept the delivery. I would like to return the tool for replacement, if thats OK. I need your address to ship it.
