Hi. I am sending you the Baggalini purse but wanted to apologize about the packaging. I was at end of my tape and wanted to get it to the POnyesterday. The tape roll fell on my loveseat and picked up dog hair. I kept bag in closet so it’s clean but package tape looks bad. I love my Baggalini but have too many

I am sorry you were not happy with your purchase I did contact Poshmark to offer you a refund. There was no ink in main compartment as shown in picture so I’m not sure where you found the ink stain. I did clean out the purse but it has so many pockets, I must have missed one so I apologize for that. I don’t recall a stain on back and I don’t see one on picture so not sure what you found. My apologies. I did price it lower than other Baggalini bags.

@bbeisgen appreciate your response, the ink stain is in the bottom corner of the main compartment, it does look like a felt pen was in for a while with the cap off or a pen exploded.. I appreciate the offer for a refund, but not necessary at all. I will use it and want to be fair, just that it wasn’t disclosed. Thanks!
