thefashionflip @wbrew1 the address looks the same as the package that was returned. Is Ozona Ranch supposed to be spelled out? It says “OZUNA RNCH”

wbrew1 @aaalways_sharp it’s supposed to be Ozona Ranch. Our usps always abbreviates the ranch to Rnch. Not sure why our address says Ozuna? I’ll contact Poshmark to see if they can look into it. Thank you again for reaching out.

gragragragrace @wbrew1 I’m so sorry about the sweater! I truly did not notice any issue with the item otherwise it never would have been listed. I’m unable to do anything further as the seller as the three day window to release funds has already completed but I do believe you can submit a request to Poshmark in order to receive a refund on the item. I’m sorry I cannot be of more help! Truly sorry for the error on my end.
