njlinla Hi Wendy. I just got a message from poshmark that your item was undeliverable and that they are sending it back to me and will be reaching out to you for next steps. I'm so sorry, I don't know why that happened with the shipper. While its not my fault, I'm still sorry for your inconvenience. I hope this can be fixed and I can reship as soon as I'm able to. wspataro @njlinla Hi! I have no idea why that happened either. One day it said it was out for delivery and when I checked again it said it was being shipped back to you, weird! I contacted customer support and it sounds like they'll be giving you a new shipping label. Thanks for reaching out and thanks for your purchase too, I'm glad you like it!

njlinla @wspataro Just an update that I just received the returned package. It said "return to sender, no such number" on it. Customer service said they will reach out to you and give me an updated address/label so I can resend it, so I'm just waiting on that. You may want to check your email and see if they are waiting on a response from you.
