mistle @posh2style Thanks for reaching out. I read your back-and-forth messages and it looks like it all worked out. A refund is automatic and should be reflected on your next credit card statement. I haven't had a cancellation or refund myself but you should also get an email confirmation from Posh. (Sorry for the delayed reply but I'm currently in Europe).
