nieciescloset Hi Wendy, I am so sorry that shoulder strap ended up in your bag. I’m really confused as to how that happened, but I sincerely apologize. Did you receive the Brahmin strap? It should have been included. I’ve been looking for the Michael Kors purse and can’t find it. Please let me know if you have the Brahmin strap.

wedick @nieciescloset the medium Asher only has the two handles. no extra strap needed. wondering if there was a registration card to go with it? And if you need the strap once you find the MK purse, let me know. I can mail back to you.

nieciescloset Thank you for understanding. I only used the purse a few times. It was a gift from my husband. He thought it was so beautiful. There was not a registration card, I would have remembered that. Please don't worry about mailing the Michael Kors strap back to me. I wish I could find the purse! I hope you were happy with your purchase and again, I'm sorry you got a little something extra.

nieciescloset Hi Wendy, The craziest thing happened! I found the Michael Kors purse and the strap was with it. Feel free to throw the strap away. I don’t own another MK purse, so it’s sort of a mystery. Thank you for understanding.

nieciescloset @wedick Everything is fine. I just feel bad that you received it. I inspect everything before I pack it. Because it was wrapped and I’m not super familiar with Brahmin, I must have accidentally enclosed it. I had 8 boxes to pack that day. You seem so kind. I’m truly sorry for the mix up.
