dollycrespo I have not received the Ralph LAUREN BLACK DRESS SZ 8, and it says delivered. What address did you sent it to? I am so bummed out, wanted it for a ball on the 15th... I cannot see the info of the order in my app. Help!

queenwh Hey @dollycrespo I just noticed on the USPS that the shipment was sent elsewhere. It shows as delivered “Front Desk/Reception” Columbus, GA 31906. Go to the USPS site & enter the Tracking # 9405-5108-9935-9355-1486-58. You will see where they shipped it by accident.

queenwh @dollycrespo you should contact Poshmark & let them know that the system says “received shipment” but it was sent elsewhere by mistake. Go into the order, click on “contact Poshmark Support” or click on “Delayed Shipment”. Let me know if I can help you in anything else & I’m sorry to hear about this. ☹️

dollycrespo @queenwh I called the place the packaged was received in. They have it, will try picking it up today after work! Thank you for the information you provided, it helped a lot. As soon as I see the dress I will press delivered and 5 stars!! Thank you!
