donnaok Hi Wendy. I ordered an item from you and it states that it was shipped on the 30th. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, and as of tonight, it still hasn't made it. There is no tracking history except that it states that it's late but in transit. donnaok @fashionqueen314 it finally arrived. I ended up having to contact the post office and file an inquiry. They found it had been sitting for 5 days in WI, so they finally sent it off and I received it today. Thank you!

Had I the money, I’d be grateful, but he used my funds. I am hoping to get to you before you ship this and have you cancel the order. I would have sooner but as I said I was in bed and by the time morning came it was past 3 hours. I am so very sorry and would appreciate a confirmation that you received any of these messages.

jeffpetermann Did they end up getting back to you? From what I can see they sent a reminder to you yesterday, then they told me it was on the way to be authenticated. Worst case scenario, and this gets authenticated and delivered to me, how do we go about a return? My son is in pretty big trouble, and if it costs me $100 for your time, I am happy to facilitate that and he will just have to pay me back for this. Please let me know.

fashionqueen314 @jeffpetermann Well， I sent an inquiry to Poshmark regarding this issue. I didn’t get their reply yet. It can be the worst scenario because I will not be able to accept the return outside Poshmark. They deduct 20% off commission from this transaction. But you can always re-posh.

Please note once the item has been shipped it cannot be canceled. However, we still give buyers the opportunity to review the item themselves as minor things can get overlooked. If there is an issue with an order, we require our buyers to submit a formal claim through the app within 72 hours of the order being delivered.
