mariluvxo Hi, I bought a Burberry scarf from you and i specifically asked if there were any holes or damage and you replied no. However, it literally just got to me and there’s a really noticeable hole in it with loose threading. I noticed you put a card with the scarf. I don’t know if that’s what caused it. Not really sure how to go about this now. I can offer you $50 for this scarf and just try to cover it or I can return the item to you. Please let me know.

mariluvxo @wendyjeanine36 yes I took many and sent through the “notify issue” on posh. You can see them there. The scarf wasn’t wrapped and there was a card in with it. I’m thinking it was the culprit. I could be wrong. Needless to say, I’m really upset. It’s a beautiful scarf and I couldn’t wait to wear it with my new Burberry jacket I bought.

wendyjeanine36 @mariluvxo I deeply apologize and when it left there were no holes, the card was probably the culprit, lesson learned I will not add anymore to my sells. Whatever you want to do is fine with me I have no problem. I do apologize again.
