Hi Wendy, I am so sorry that you were not happy with your shoes. The description I put on here was very accurate, however, with shoes, it's hard to tell because everyone's feet are different. They were not my shoes, they belonged to a friend. I did not try them on, so I wasn't aware that they ran small. I am sorry that they didn't fit you. I was hoping they would. :( If there is something in my closet that you would like, I can try to make it up to you. Let me know. - de
