Hi! I'm Wendy. I have a large fam and it’s growing!! I’m a Christ Follower and excited to see where He will lead me in this new biz adventure. kerouac22 Hi I am new and i have a question. I sold a watch for $55 & the crown which winds the time on the side broke off or was missing. I didnt notice but the buyer contacted me. I said I would reimburse them for the part. they wanted me to find it and send it, I said no problem. it turns out the repair is upwards of $40.

abbasgrace @kerouac22 hi there .... gosh this is a quandary. If it were me - If the funds haven’t been released I would offer a refund. If they have been released I might still do that but can’t do it through Poshmark. The other option is to offer that person something of their choice in the price range they will have to pay for fixing the watch....sometimes we break even in order to make things right. Maybe contact Poshmark support and ask what they suggest. I hope some of this helps😊💕

You know I think that I have just learned a lesson for next time because I've already offered so much to make it right that I feel weird about the refund but that's good advice. I will next time if this comes up definitely just go that route instead of the route I took which I put myself in. abbasgrace @aprilmobley895 well I saw an ad on FB & since I went from a nursing income to disability I figured every $ counts so I took everything that didn’t fit me or I never wore lol & my kids & listed it. I found next to nursing it was the best way to serve others so I prayed about it & I started buying wholesale. You should try it😊💕 If you need help I’m here😊
