Hello, I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your purchase. Since Poshmark only allows you to pick 2 colors, I picked brown and black, because to me it looked like it was between dark brown and black. I never stated that the shawl was either completely black or brown and you never asked for more information. I never intend to deceive any of my customers and I am always happy to promptly answer any questions they may have and offer further descriptions and/or pictures.
