Hello! Apologies but I have sent you the wrong item. Unfortunately I swapped shipping labels in error and your shoes went to another buyer. You likely received a leather belt by mistake. Can you please let Poshmark know so I can get the item back? I have your shoes enroute back to me and will get them to you ASAP

@wendykae ok - I the acceptance page - select ‘problem : order inquiry’ then select ‘order not as described’ then received incorrect item. Posh should let me know and I can confirm. I think they will send you a shipping label to send it back to me!

I will be leaving to mexico the end of Nov hopefully I will have the return tag for the belt by then otherwise I will not be back in the states until May.

I purchased 2 Louis Vuitton bags on Dec. 1st and you still haven’t shipped them. I’ve had Poshmark contact you and you assured them you would be shipping soon that was more than a week ago. I cancelled one of the orders today because it still said pending shipment. I would really love to have both bags. Could you please explain why after 17 days you haven’t shipped the items? As I stated, I really want both bags.
