luckyladybug4u @wendymitchel984 Stealing US mail is a Federal offense and you can press charges against your roommate. But that is not my problem. It shows delivered & whatever issue you have between you & your roomate does not effect the fact that it was delivered. Maybe with your living arrangement you should not make purchases.
